Beta Position Eleven is live and still being built.
PPC · Organic · Market share

Reporting that says what to fix, not just what happened.

Position Eleven joins Google Ads spend, GA4 behaviour and Search Console demand for every landing page you run, then produces a ranked fix-list in plain English. One engine, any number of clients — adding a client is a configuration row, not a rebuild.

Three engines, one report

Most tools answer one of these and leave you to reconcile the rest by hand. Position Eleven runs all three against the same client, over the same period, and puts the findings in one ranked list.

Paid

PPC landing-page analysis

Ads spend and GA4 behaviour, joined per landing page — the join most reporting quietly skips.

  • Cost per lead against your own portfolio median
  • Form friction: lots of starts, few submits
  • Click-to-view loss — clicks that never became a page view
  • Wasted search terms, straight from the query report

How PPC reporting works →

Organic

SEO scorecard

Search Console, read the way an SEO would read it — on a longer window, because organic moves slower.

  • Striking distance — page two, with real demand behind it
  • Winning rank, losing the click — below-typical CTR on page one
  • Query and page tables, ranked by impressions
  • No Ads account required

How SEO reporting works →

Market

Market share

The question the other two can’t answer: how much of the market are you taking, and who has the rest?

  • Capture rate from Search Console alone
  • Share of search using Google’s own keyword volumes
  • Share of voice against named competitors
  • No third-party SEO subscription for the first two tiers

What a fix-list actually looks like

Ranked by the money available, not by how bad the number looks. This is the output, not a mock-up of one.

Ranked opportunities — example client

high
No visibility on “desk chair for back pain” — 19,539 searches in the window
The market searches for this and you do not appear at all. Net-new demand rather than an optimisation.
high
Burning budget — £412 spent, 1 lead
Spend with almost nothing to show for it. Pause, or fix the page before it takes another month’s budget.
medium
Ranks #4.1 but only 1.3% CTR (≈7% typical)
You already rank page one — the title and meta description are not earning the click.
opportunity
Scale this one — 8.4% conversion rate on £96 spend
Converting well and under-funded. The cheapest growth on the account.

How it works

No implementation project, no onboarding call, no spreadsheet template to fill in.

1

Connect Google

Sign in, authorise once, and pick your accounts from a discovered list. Position Eleven can provision GA4, GTM and Search Console if you don’t have them.

2

Position Eleven pulls and analyses

Spend, behaviour and organic demand, joined per landing page. Thresholds are configuration, so the same rules run for every client and can be tuned per account.

3

Read the fix-list

A ranked, plain-English list of what to change and why. Snapshots are stored, so you get the trend rather than a single reading.

4

It arrives on a schedule

Weekly or monthly per client, as HTML email with a PDF attached. Or off entirely — the dashboard still refreshes daily.

Everything else it does

Built for people running search for more than one business. See all features →

White-label, per client

Their own brand colour and their own login, seeing only their data. Isolation enforced in middleware and covered by tests, not by hiding menu items.

Workspaces and seats

Group clients, invite colleagues by email, and hold accounts and seats against the plan you are actually on — checked at creation.

Scheduled reports

Queued generation, branded HTML email and a PDF attachment. Per-client cadence — off, weekly or monthly.

Ads Manager

Turn a finding into a change request against the live account — budgets, keywords, negatives — with a dry run that validates without applying.

Ask Eleven

An assistant that answers against your own scorecard data, with a hard spend ceiling so a stuck loop can never run up the bill.

Setup and provisioning

GA4 accounts and properties, GTM containers, Search Console verification and linking — created for you rather than left as homework.

Pricing

14-day trial on every plan, card required. No free tier — the engine costs real money to run against real APIs, and a free tier would be paid for by the people on the paid ones.

Reasonable questions

Do I need a Google Ads account?

No. A site with only a Search Console property is a first-class client — you get the SEO scorecard and Tier 1 market share. An Ads account adds the PPC engine and upgrades market share to true share of search.

Where does market-share data come from?

Search Console for your own performance, and Google’s own keyword volumes through the Ads API connection you already authorise. No third-party SEO subscription for Tiers 1 and 2.

Can my client log in?

Yes, and they will see only their own data, under their own brand colour. Tenant isolation is enforced in middleware and covered by feature tests.

What happens when I cancel?

Access ends at the end of the period you have paid for. There is no free tier to drop back to, and your snapshots are retained so nothing is lost if you return.

Is the analysis a black box?

No. Thresholds are configuration, every finding states the rule that produced it, and estimated figures carry their assumption. You can argue with a number, which is the point.

How long until I see something useful?

Your first scorecard is queued the moment you connect. Organic and market-share readings run on a longer window, so their trend becomes meaningful over the following weeks.

What would make this worth paying for?

Everything on this site works today. It is early, so the roadmap is still genuinely movable — tell us what is missing and we will build it. Testers who give us something useful get a lifetime deal on whatever plan they end up on.

No account needed. Email is optional.
